In the spring of 2024, the Lord led Pastor Warren Johnson and Grace Baptist Church in Flower Mound, Texas, to establish the Association of Independent Baptist Pastors and Church Planters in Texas.

This ministry was formed with a burden to see strong Independent Fundamental Baptist churches started and strengthened across the state of Texas.

We exist to serve as a bridge between:

• • • • Pastors of established Independent Baptist churches in Texas

      • Vetted IFB preachers whom the Lord has led to plant churches in Texas

Our goal is to encourage prayer, partnership, and Gospel advancement by facilitating introductions and providing a trusted platform for the exchange of information.

• • • • We are a ministry of Grace Baptist Church in Flower Mound, Texas.

      • We are not a missions agency.

      • We are not affiliated with any particular Bible college.

      • We do not serve as a clearinghouse for funds.

Any financial support for church planters is sent independently of this association.

Our role is simply to connect, encourage, and support.

Grace Baptist Church hosts quarterly meetings that include:

• • • • Introduction and updates from church planters

      • Encouraging, Christ-centered preaching

      • Uplifting music

      • Fellowship and conversation

      • An enjoyable shared meal

These gatherings provide an opportunity for pastors, spouses, staff, and church members to be strengthened and encouraged as we labor together for the Gospel in Texas.
